Welcome to 801 Glass, a DBA of Mason Group Holdings LLC (\"801 Glass,\" \"we,\" \"our,\" or \"us\").

By accessing our website, requesting an estimate, scheduling services, or using our services, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

SERVICES

801 Glass provides residential and commercial window cleaning, solar panel cleaning, gutter cleaning, and related exterior cleaning services.

All services are subject to availability, site conditions, weather, safety requirements, and acceptance by 801 Glass.

ESTIMATES & QUOTES

All estimates and quotes are based on information available at the time of inspection or customer-provided information.

Quotes are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated.

Additional charges may apply if actual site conditions differ from those observed during the estimate process.

SCHEDULING

Appointments are scheduled based on availability.

Service dates and times are estimates and may be adjusted due to weather, equipment issues, emergencies, staffing availability, or other circumstances beyond our control.

We reserve the right to reschedule appointments when necessary.

PAYMENT

Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing.

We reserve the right to charge interest, collection costs, attorney fees, and other expenses associated with collecting overdue balances where permitted by law.

SERVICE PLANS

Customers enrolled in recurring service plans receive discounted pricing in exchange for ongoing service scheduling.

Customers may cancel recurring service plans before their next scheduled visit.

If a recurring service plan is canceled before completion of the applicable service cycle, 801 Glass may recover discounts previously applied by adjusting completed visits to standard one-time service pricing and invoicing the difference.

No additional cancellation penalties or termination fees will apply.

CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITIES

Customers agree to:

* Provide safe and reasonable access to service areas

* Secure pets during service

* Remove obstacles that may interfere with service

* Disclose known hazards or property conditions that may impact service

Failure to provide access may require rescheduling.

WEATHER & SAFETY

Safety is our highest priority.

Services may be delayed, modified, or canceled due to:

* Severe weather

* High winds

* Lightning

* Ice or snow

* Unsafe roof conditions

* Hazardous site conditions

* Other safety concerns

801 Glass reserves the right to determine whether conditions are safe for service.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

801 Glass is not responsible for:

* Pre-existing property damage

* Scratched glass

* Failed window seals

* Hard water staining

* Oxidation

* Manufacturing defects

* Deteriorated screens

* Improperly installed components

* Conditions not caused by our work

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from services provided shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

WARRANTIES

Except for our satisfaction guarantee, services are provided \"as is\" without additional warranties, express or implied.

We do not guarantee removal of stains, scratches, oxidation, hard water deposits, construction debris, or other contaminants unless specifically included in the scope of work.

SATISFACTION GUARANTEE

Customers must notify 801 Glass of service concerns within 48 hours of service completion.

We will make reasonable efforts to correct issues that fall within the original scope of work.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on our website, including logos, text, graphics, photographs, and branding, is the property of Mason Group Holdings LLC or its licensors and may not be copied or used without written permission.

WEBSITE USE

Users agree not to:

* Use the website unlawfully

* Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems

* Interfere with website functionality

* Submit false or misleading information

We reserve the right to restrict access to our website for violations of these terms.

PRIVACY

Use of our website and services is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
